  • Can I change my order?

    • Yes. You can change your order via your user account on the site. Our manager will contact you to handle details connected to order change in the course of several hours. You can do the following without assistance of our manager via your user account:
    • Change quantity of ordered goods

    • Cancel your order

    • Order the goods again (history of your orders is available on your user account)

    • Add a comment to your order etc.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept all types of payment and bank transfers via the majority of payments services including non-cash payment and payment without VAT.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, if such function is made available by a delivery service you choose.

  • Can I return the goods?

    Yes. Please read warranty servicing terms on ‘Warranty’ page.

  • How long do I have to wait for my order?

    Our manager will contact you and handle your order details in the course of 24 hours after making an order. Manufacture of the ordered goods usually takes several weeks if all materials are available. Time of delivery of ready order depends on delivery service chosen by the buyer and the region the goods are to be delivered to.

  • Do you have minimal order quantity?

    Yes. The first minimal order quantity for new clients is 5 units.

  • Can I buy one unit of the product?

    Yes. All goods from our collections are available in retail stores as well as in our partner wedding salons; the relevant addresses are given on ‘Our Stores’ page.
